Question 1

What is a prop cheatsheet?

Accepted Answer

A prop cheatsheet is a quick-reference guide that shows player prop bets for upcoming games with key stats at a glance. It includes the betting line, hit rate (how often a player goes over), average performance, odds, and edge indicators - saving you hours of research.

Question 2

How do I use a prop cheatsheet to find bets?

Accepted Answer

Look for players with high hit rates (e.g. 7/10 or higher) combined with positive edge values. The hit rate shows consistency while the edge shows whether the odds offer value. Focus on props where the player consistently beats the line and the odds are favorable.

Question 3

What sports are covered in the cheatsheet?

Accepted Answer

The daily prop cheatsheet covers NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and major soccer leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and MLS. Each sport updates daily with the latest lines, odds, and player statistics for that day's games.

Question 4

How often is the prop cheatsheet updated?

Accepted Answer

The cheatsheet updates multiple times daily as sportsbooks release and adjust their lines. Player stats, hit rates, and averages are recalculated after each game. This ensures you always see the most current data when making your picks.

Question 5

What does the edge column mean on the cheatsheet?

Accepted Answer

The edge column shows the difference between a player's average performance and the prop line. A positive edge (e.g. +2.5) means the player's average is 2.5 above the line, suggesting the over may have value. A negative edge suggests the under may be worth considering.

Question 6

What is a hit rate and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Hit rate is the percentage of recent games where a player went over a specific line. A 7/10 hit rate means the player beat the line in 7 of their last 10 games. High hit rates indicate consistency and help identify props where sportsbooks may have set the line too low.

Question 7

How do I compare odds across sportsbooks?

Accepted Answer

The player props tool shows odds from multiple sportsbooks side by side for each prop. Compare the Over and Under prices across books to find the best available odds. Even small differences in odds can significantly impact your long-term profitability.

Question 8

Is the prop cheatsheet free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the daily prop cheatsheet is free with a featured match for each sport. Sign up for a free account to unlock the full cheatsheet with all daily matches, every player, complete hit rates, and access to the interactive player props tool with charts and detailed analytics.
