StatsBench is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate gambling. All data, analytics, and insights are provided for informational, research, and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

StatsBench offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. StatsBench does not store your payment card details.

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital analytics products, no refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. We encourage you to review our features and free cheatsheet before subscribing to ensure StatsBench is the right fit for your needs.

7. Communications & Email

By creating an account or signing up for our services, you consent to receive communications from StatsBench, including:

• Service updates and announcements about new features
• Occasional promotional emails about offers, discounts, or new products
• Important account-related notifications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us. Note that you may still receive essential service-related communications.

All content, features, and functionality of StatsBench are owned by StatsBench and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
